Families can share one login to the site, but there are some benefits to each parent having their own login that you might find helpful:
  • Multiple email addresses can receive alerts
  • The messaging wall will keep track of which new messages each person has read
  • Replies and posts on the wall will uniquely identify the author
  • Parents of blended families will be able to see all of their children and stepchildren with one login without views children that aren't theirs
Coaches: If you are a coach you must register separately for the site. All coaching communications and scheduling will be managed through the site.
Yes. Our site is secured using online security best practices. The padlock in the address bar indicates the connection between your browser and the web server is secure. Your credit card details are entered directly into secure credit card processing site. This is a PCI compliant third-party site and none of your credit card information can be viewed or accessed by the E-M Youth Sports website users or administrators. In addition, your password is encrypted and can't be viewed by anyone, including the site administrators.
Yes. The online checkout process allows you to use most major credit cards or a debit card, and this is our preferred payment method. However, if you do not have a credit or debit card you can still register as a user on the site and add your kid to a team. To pay by check you'll need to contact Dan Coleman after adding your child on a team to arrange payment.
We no longer require a concession deposit check at the beginning of the season for your child to play. Instead there will be a $100 charge at the end of the season for each player where the parents did not complete two concession shifts.
We hope you find the site to be easy to use, but understand issues can arise. Please report any issues to our site developer, Larry Mills. He will be able assist with any technical questions.
No. Every person only needs one login and that site knows what teams you are coaching and also lets you see the "parents" view for your own children. However, if you are sharing a family login with your spouse and start coaching you will need to register with your own login. All coaching communications and scheduling will be managed through the site with your login.
